I can cater for your canapé party or boardroom meeting food requirements. Alternatively, meals can be prepared in advance and delivered to your home, office or yacht – filling your own dishes (or ours) with a wide range of healthy, fresh and tasty ingredients.

I returned to yachting in mid June and I have been day working on anchor for the past week, prepping the yacht for charters and the owners arrival, while I look for a seasonal/temp position. I qualified as a chef in 2008 with distinction. I have honed my culinary abilities, and also gained strong guest liaison skills and administrative competencies. My career includes personal chef and catering cooking and management, cost control and purchasing, and deli restaurant chef consultancy.

During my time as a personal chef, I have enjoyed using fresh produce to cook healthy and nutritious meals, and have a wealth of experience cooking for various dietary restrictions and preferences. My style is bistro/deli cooking and I do plated meals and family service on platters to share. I like to offer a large variety of breakfast options. I have a wide repertoire of fish and meat dishes and love Mediterranean/Mexican/Middle Eastern/Indian/Asian/South African influenced cuisines. I also do a large variety of canapés and finger foods, as well as delicious baked treats and desserts.  I have a strong interest in dietary requirements, having cooked for vegan, paleo, gluten and dairy free clients.  The attached menus can easily be adapted to your specific requirements.

It has been a pleasure to have Joanne this week with us. She is a kind, proactive person, always willing to help and attend in a very gentle way. She worried about knowing our food preferences and proposed alternatives of a super level. Everything was delicious, it was a pleasure to enjoy her entrees, main courses and desserts.
